Aluminum Sheet

Aluminum sheet is a lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and highly versatile flat-rolled product widely used across aerospace, automotive, construction, and consumer industries. Produced through hot rolling and cold rolling processes from high-purity aluminum ingots, it offers an exceptional combination of strength, formability, and natural corrosion resistance. With its high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, and attractive appearance, aluminum sheet provides a superior alternative to steel in applications where weight reduction and durability are critical.

Alloy Series & Common Grades:
1xxx Series (Pure Aluminum): 1050, 1060, 1100 (excellent corrosion resistance, high formability).
3xxx Series (Manganese Alloyed): 3003, 3105 (general purpose, moderate strength).
5xxx Series (Magnesium Alloyed): 5052, 5083, 5086, 5754 (superior corrosion resistance, weldable).
6xxx Series (Magnesium-Silicon Alloyed): 6061, 6063 (heat-treatable, good strength).

    FAQ

Q: How to choose the appropriate alloy for the application?

A: The basic principle is: choose 1xxx for high formability, 3xxx for medium strength and corrosion resistance, 5xxx for marine environments, 6xxx for heat-treatable strengthening, and 7xxx for aerospace applications requiring the highest strength. Please contact us for technical consultation regarding specific selection.

Q: Can you provide non-standard sized aluminum sheets?

A: Yes. We accept custom orders, including non-standard widths, lengths, and special thickness combinations. Specific details require discussion of the minimum order quantity.

Q: How to perform daily maintenance and upkeep of aluminum sheets?

A: It is recommended to rinse regularly with clean water. If necessary, use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth to gently wipe. Avoid using strong acid or alkali detergents. Pay special attention not to clean when the sheet surface temperature exceeds 40℃, as this may cause rapid moisture evaporation and damage to the paint layer.
