PPGI Coil, also known as Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil, is a composite metal material manufactured by coating high-quality galvanized steel sheets (hot-dip galvanized or electro-galvanized) with multiple layers of organic coatings through advanced roller coating technology. The product integrates the corrosion resistance of the galvanized zinc layer and the decorative performance of the organic coating, while retaining the high strength and good processability of steel. Unlike traditional galvanized coils, PPGI Coils do not require on-site painting, which greatly improves construction efficiency, reduces labor costs, and avoids environmental pollution caused by on-site spraying.
